      We really mean this guarantee! So it only makes sense for us do the job right the first time.

 

· We only use the premium quality materials

from trusted paint manufactures that provide min 10 years manufacture’s guarantee (or 7 years for membrane paint, which is the best quality available today);

 

· We are fully licenced & insured

       including public liability, workers compensation, and home warrantee insurance.

 

· We are accredited contractor by the Trade Monitor.

       They monitor our licences and insurance on behalf of many strata title, real estate and property managers. If you are using Trade Monitor in your work you can quickly confirm that our insurances and licences are as always up to date.

 

· We are qualified and approved suppliers to a strata industry by the main Strata Title organisations:

· Institute of Strata Title Management (ISTM)

· National Community Title Institute (NCTI)
