Ol’Painting was engaged in strata title painting for years. We have completed hundreds painting projects – from the small blocks of 4 units to the large high-rise complexes of over 300 apartments. We are an approved suppliers and a member of the Institute of Strata Title Management (ISTM) and the National Community Title Institute (NCTI).

Ol’Painting is one of only few Sydney painters approved to have a Home Warrantee Insurance up to a value of $1,000,000. We arrange a Home Warrantee Insurance for all jobs over $12,000 (legally required). We use only premium quality materials. All our work has 3 years guarantee.

We are very vigilant about sticking to the schedule and keeping good communication with the executive committee and strata manager. We make sure that all preparation and painting work is run in organised manner and cause a minimal disturbance to the residents. We always check with the residents, a building or a project manager are happy with our work. Only after this an invoice is issued.
