Metal windows and doors
If your old aluminum windows and doors look tired or you want to get rid of that old-fashioned Mission Brown colour — do not rush to replace your windows. You can get them painted at a fraction of the cost. This is also called window re-conditioning.
Ol’Painting uses epoxy paint and spray paint to re-condition metal windows and doors. Epoxy paint is much more durable than conventional enamels. Spraying gives a smooth and even finish, reaching even the small corners evenly.
We pay the utmost attention to protecting all surfaces around your windows and doors that are not to be painted. Actually, the main work is in safely sealing and covering glass, walls and other surfaces around the metal frame, to protect them from paint over-spray. On larger projects, these preparations can take days, many times longer than the actual painting. But this is a very important part of the project that will ensure a good and professional finish at the end, and will protect your belongings, stock, furniture and other surfaces.
After the work is done, all masking and coverings will be removed off site and all our rubbish will be cleaned up. You will be left with nice and neat windows and doors and clean areas.
